The Role: Help Us Grow Our Amazing Team
We're looking for a results-driven TA Specialist to help us find and attract top talent. This isn't just about screening resumes; it's about being a key player in our growth, crafting compelling candidate experiences, and helping us build a team that's as passionate and innovative as our product.
You'll work closely with our People team and hiring managers to understand our needs and find the best fit for each role. We want someone who is a proactive go-getter, eager to dive in, and can help us scale our team efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Do
Own the Candidate Experience: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance and onboarding, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every candidate.
Source Top Talent: Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Screen and Assess: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, competencies and cultural fit.
Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage Our ATS: Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up-to-date with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
Build Our Employer Brand: Help us showcase ShopView as an employer of choice, attracting passive candidates and building a strong talent pipeline.
Think Strategically, Act Practically: Contribute to overall recruitment strategy while also handling the day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.
Communicate Clearly: Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring transparency and timely feedback.
Report on Progress: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, funnel effectiveness) to report on progress and identify areas for improvement.
Use Smart Tools: Leverage AI and other recruitment tools to optimize your workflow and improve efficiency.
You are:
Experienced in Recruitment with 3+ years of relevant experience in a Talent Acquisition or recruitment role, preferably within a tech or SaaS environment.
Educated: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences or a related field.
Highly Proficient in English: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized & Proactive: You can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and anticipate needs before being asked.
Excellent Communicator: You can clearly articulate anything from job requirements to company culture, both verbally and in writing.
Data Literate: You are comfortable working with recruitment data and metrics, and can use them to inform decisions and report on performance.
Familiar with Tech Tools: You're comfortable using tools like an ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, etc.), LinkedIn Recruiter, Slack and Google's tools.
AI User: You actively use AI tools to help you work smarter and faster in your recruitment efforts.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!)
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, product managers).
- Proven track record of success in a remote-first work environment.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives.
