About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and high-EQ Account Executive to join our growth team. You’ll own the full sales cycle - from discovery to close - working with qualified leads from our SDRs, referrals, and inbound interest.
This isn’t your average AE role. Our sales motion is consultative and value-driven. Shop owners are busy and skeptical of software, so you’ll need to build trust fast, ask the right questions, and demonstrate clear impact. You’ll get to work with a modern tool stack (HubSpot, Loom, ChatGPT, Intercom) and a supportive team that believes in working smart, fast, and together.
We’re looking for someone who’s coachable, scrappy, and loves closing deals that actually help customers win.
What You’ll Do

- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, objection handling, proposal, and close.

- Run product demos tailored to the shop’s pain points and workflow.

- Collaborate closely with SDRs to convert qualified leads into paying customers.

- Follow up persistently (and respectfully) using a mix of email, calls, video, and automation.

- Track every deal and stage clearly in HubSpot and report key metrics weekly.

- Continuously refine your pitch and approach based on feedback and data.

- Be a consultative partner - not a script reader - who listens, adapts, and solves real-world problems.

- Share learnings with the team to help evolve our playbook, tools, and strategy.
What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B.

- You’ve sold to small businesses before and understand their mindset.

- You’re a closer who can build trust, dig into pain points, and ask for the business.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills - you’re clear, friendly, and persuasive.

- Comfortable using sales tech (HubSpot, Intercom, Loom, AI tools) to stay sharp and efficient.

- Self-starter mindset - you take ownership and move fast without needing micromanagement.

- You like the idea of helping small business owners succeed with better tools.
Bonus Points For

- Experience selling into auto/truck repair or trade verticals
