Role Overview:

We’re looking for a data-driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our demand generation strategy and execute marketing campaigns that deliver qualified pipeline. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership to scale lead acquisition, drive funnel conversion, and increase revenue through performance marketing, content, and automation.


Key Responsibilities

  • - Own the top-to-bottom marketing funnel: strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across all major channels.

  • - Plan and run multi-channel demand gen campaigns across paid media, SEO/SEM, email, webinars, and partnerships to drive MQLs and SQLs.

  • - Develop and test landing pages, lead magnets, and nurture flows with clear attribution and conversion goals.

  • - Lead CRM and marketing automation efforts (e.g., HubSpot or equivalent) to segment and nurture prospects through the buyer journey.

  • - Collaborate with sales to build outbound enablement tools and ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.

  • - Analyze funnel performance by channel, campaign, and segment. Own KPIs including CAC, CPL, MQL-to-SQL rate, and pipeline contribution.

  • - Optimize and manage budget allocation to maximize ROI.

  • - Work closely with design and content teams to create high-impact collateral: case studies, one-pagers, product videos, ads, and more.

What You Bring

  • - 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record in demand generation or growth marketing roles.

  • - Deep experience with marketing funnel metrics and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, etc.).

  • - Proficiency in paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) and strong understanding of SEO/content performance.

  • - Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • - Strong copywriting and messaging instincts across formats and personas.

  • - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup environment.

  • - Bonus: experience marketing to the trades, blue-collar businesses, or vertical SaaS industries.
